Deputy Foreign Minister Vuniqi met the Swedish delegation, as they discussed the possibility of Swedish investments in Kosovo

Prishtina, 23 January 2018 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Rejhan Vuniqi, held a business lunch with a delegation of the Government of Sweden, led by the Deputy Minister for EU Affairs and Trade at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Oscar Stenstrom.

Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, also attended the meeting, as they talked about the possibilities of economic cooperation between the two countries.

The Kosovo side presented before the Swedish delegation the opportunities for investment in Kosovo, the opportunities for doing business, the natural resources our country possesses, and, in particular, the opportunities for investments in the field of woodworking industry.

On the other hand, while thanking the Kosovo delegation for the reception, the Swedish delegation expressed their interest in the investment opportunities and economic cooperation in the future.
