Press release: Minister Demaj hosted the ambassador of Finland, they discussed on the continuation of the organization of the Inter-Religious Conference

Prishtina, 29 August 2017 – Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Emanuel Demaj, hosted in a separate meeting the Ambassador of Finland in Kosovo, Anne Huhtamäki, and the Ambassador, Pekka Metso, put in charge by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland for the Inter-cultural and Inter-Religious Dialogue Process.

In the margins of this meeting it was discussed about the overall political developments and the good spirit of cooperation, support and friendship between the people of both countries has been reaffirmed.

Meanwhile, the main topic of this meeting was the continuation of the organization of the Conference on Inter-Religious Dialogue in Kosovo.

Minister Demaj has pledged to continue to support the organization of this conference, the main topic of which in this year is expected to be the youth.

The inter-religious conference in Kosovo is considered as one of the most important events in Kosovo and as a meeting place for religious leaders, diplomats, lawyers, NGO leaders, academics, civil society and representatives of international media.
