Minister Hyseni requests recognition from Barbados

Minister Hyseni has met, today, the general consul of Barbados assigned to Vienna, Mr. Kurt Mach, whom he talked about developments in Kosovo. He has requested from Barbados to recognize Kosovo.

Prishtina-January 28, 2009

Minister Hyseni has informed the consul of Barbados on the entire progress that Kosovo has made since declaration of independence. In respond to Mr. Mach’s interest, Minister Hyseni spoke widely about Kosovo on geostrategic and political aspect, its natural treasures and possibilities that Kosovo offers.

Mr. Mach promised that will inform his government about Kosovo achievements, on which Minister briefed, and will encourage his country to consider as soon as possible Kosovo request for recognition.
