Press release: Deputy Prime Minister Pacolli meets several of his counterparts at the Francophone conference in Paris

Paris, 26 November 2017 – In the 34th Francophone Ministerial Conference, which is being held in the capital city of France, Paris, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, has held numerous meetings with his counterparts and other high level representatives from the recognizing and non-recognizing states of the Republic of Kosovo.

In this regard, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Pacolli has held separate meetings with the Minister of External Relations and International Cooperation of Burundi, Togo, Cape Verde, Tunisia, Delegated and charge of affairs Ministers from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Guinea Bissau, the Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Guinea, senior representatives from the Government of Seychelles, the Minister of State at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France and other representatives from different participating States.

In the framework of these meetings, Foreign Minister Pacolli, on behalf of the Republic of Kosovo and its citizens, has repeated the request for recognition from the counterparts of the countries that have not recognized Kosovo, has re-confirmed the good and friendly relations with representatives of states that have already recognized our country, seeking for continued support for Kosovo's integration into the international community, while also demanding the establishment of diplomatic relations with those countries that Kosovo has not done yet.
