Fourth edition of periodical magazine “Kosovo’s New Diplomat” published

Prishtina, 8 May 2012 – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo published the fourth edition of the bi-monthly “Kosovo’s New Diplomat”.

This edition elaborates topics, events and important developments in Kosovo’s foreign policy and reflects positions of the hosts of Kosovo’s diplomacy, ambassadors and various global figures regarding Kosovo.

In this edition of “Kosovo’s New Diplomat” you can read:

-    All eyes on Kosovo sports and culture,
-    Article by Prime Minister Thaçi titled: “European Union delays may hinder progress in the Balkans”,
-    Five questions for Ambassador Christopher Dell: “USA and Kosovo enjoy an extraordinary relationship”,
-    Presentation of the new publication titled “Kosovo Calling” drafted by experts and representatives of the five EU countries and two regional countries that have not yet recognized Kosovo,
-    A report from the 30 artificial lakes of Blinaja titled “The Green Oasis”,
-    Articles about Majlinda Kelmendi in “London 2012” and the ongoing successes of Rita Ora in the world of Music,
-    Miscellaneous news on the developments and activities of Kosovar diplomacy and other presentation from the area of economy and culture in Kosovo.

The bi-monthly newsletter “Kosovo's New Diplomat” is a new channel of regular communication between MFA and foreign citizens who contact embassies and consulates of the Republic of Kosovo, and guests at the Ministry.

The newsletter of publish in English language only, initially in eight pages, and is available in three formats, as a printed leaflet, in PDF format and also at the MFA website.

“Kosovo's New Diplomat” was initiated as a part of the British Council “KS TALKS EU” project, supported by the MFA the Embassy of the United Kingdom.
