Foreign Minister Pacolli: The United States will stand by Kosovo at each state-building process

Washington D.C., July 27, 2018 - First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Behgjet Pacolli, held a meeting with Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Mr.Wess Mitchell, at the U.S. Department of State.

"The United States has shown their strong, firm and steady support to the country and to Kosovo Albanians in the toughest times and will firmly stand by Kosovo and its people through each state-building process, said Minister Pacolli, after meeting with Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Mr. Wess Mitchell.


In the context of the first Ministerial to Advance Religious Freedom in the world, which is underway in Washington DC, Minister Pacolli also met with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and his counterparts from various countries who participated in the Ministerial to Advance Religious Freedom.
