Parallel to this point of the program a 45-minute debate on the transitional justice and role of media, will take place in adjacent room.
Two of the most important benchmarks for the EU integration processes have been active cooperation of the countries with the UN dedicated instrument of the transitional justice, namely ICTY as well as free and open press. As the region's concerns are moving from the transitional justice to the justice in societies in transition, the question remains what is the best way to ensure that cross-border cooperation can resume across the region.
