Biography of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Enver Hoxhaj

On 22 February 2011, Mr. Enver Hoxhaj was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo. During the negotiation process (2005 – 2007), led by the UN Special Envoy, President Martti Ahtisaari, Enver Hoxhaj participated in all meetings as a member of the Kosovar delegation. The Ahtisaari document resulted in a Comprehensive Settlement regarding Kosovo’s independence.
