Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, I am delighted to inform you that the Republic of Kosovo officially recognizes the Libyan National Council as the sole governing authority in Libya.

After the long journey and struggle of the Libyan people, our recognition of your Government as the only legitimate representative of the Libyan people, derives from our trust and understanding that this Government can lead the process of building a united Libya, free and democratic, based on the rule of law in accordance with the highest standards of human rights and freedoms.
