Minister Hoxhaj condemns the assault on the U.S. Mission in Benghazi, Libya

Prishtina, September 12, 2012 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj sent a note to the U.S. Secretary of the State, Hillary Clinton in consoling her after the assault on the U.S. Mission in Benghazi, Libya as information indicates that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Foreign Services Officer, Sean Smith, and two other people have died during the assault.

In his letter, Minister Hoxhaj expresses the sadness of the citizens of Kosovo about this event and emphasizes the full solidarity of the institutions and the people of Kosovo with the people and the authorities of the United States as well as with the families of the victims of this terrorist assault.
 
In his letter, Minister Hoxhaj condemns in the toughest terms possible the horrific assault against the U.S. Mission while expressing the confidence that those who committed this act will be found and will receive the deserved punishment.
