Kosovar officers console Saudi Arabian authorities on the passing away of the crown Prince

The Minister of Interior, Bajram Rexhepi, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ibrahim Gashi, yesterday on June 20, 2012 stayed in Jeddah to console Saudi authorities on the passing away of the crown prince, Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The Kosovar delegation was received by the new Saudi crown Prince, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saudi, who serves both as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Prince of Mecca, Halid bin Abdylaziz, and other princes of the royal family.

Throughout the week, delegations from the entire world in levels of Presidents, Speakers of the Assembly, Prime Ministers and Ministers have visited Saudi Arabia in expressing their condolences on the passing away of Prince Nayef.

During this visit, the Kosovar delegation has used this opportunity and met with representative of other states. Kosovar officers met with the President of the Higher Chamber of the Egyptian Parliament, Ahmed Fahmy Ahmed, the President of the Iraki Parliament, Usama al-Nujayfi, the Iraki Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hoshyar Zebari, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria, Finland, Italy, Hungary and representatives of other countries.

Minister Rexhepi and Deputy Minister Gashi briefed the representatives of the countries that have not recognized Kosovo with the achievements and developments in our country and have called to recognize Kosovo soon. The opportunities to establish cooperation between Kosovo and other countries was also among the discussed issued.
