Agreement of Cooperation between the Kosovo Diplomatic Academy and the London Diplomatic Academy

Prishtina, 31 May 2012 – The Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, is reaching agreements of cooperation and partnership with counterpart institutions across the region and world, in the first phase of its establishment.

During the 15th Diplomatic Forum of Dubrovnik, in which the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ibrahim Gashi participated, an Agreement of Understanding and Cooperation was negotiated and later signed between the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of the Republic of Kosovo and the London Diplomatic Academy, which is part of the “University of East Anglia”, in London.

The Memorandum was signed by Deputy Minister Gashi and the Director of the London Diplomatic Academy, Nabil Ayad.

Through this Memorandum, the two academies expressed their goal in principle to facilitate and develop areas of cooperation of mutual interest.

In particular, the agreement foresees cooperation in preparing curricula and academic courses and their accreditation.

The Agreement will last 3 years, with the possibility of renewal.
