Minister Hoxhaj sends congratulations telegram to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Laurent Fabius

Minister Hoxhaj offered his congratulations and best wishes to Minister Fabius and success in his new post on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and its citizens as well as in his personal name.

Hoxhaj said that France played an important role in the international scene, expressing his total conviction that under the leadership of Mr. Fabius, universal principles and values will always be supported and promoted, as well as peace and friendship between peoples.

“Kosovo is very grateful for France’s commitment to freedom, the consolidation of independence and deepening of Kosovo’s democracy and state institutions. I am convinced that France will continue to work with Kosovo on its integration in the Atlantic alliance and in the European Union”, said Minister Hoxhaj, amongst other things, and he expressed his total readiness to work with Minister Fabius to strengthen bilateral relations between the two states.
