Minister Hoxhaj on official visit to Italy

Prishtina, 28 March 2012 – At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Italy, Giulio Terzi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, traveled today on an official visit to Rome.

As well as meeting with the Italian Foreign Minister Terzi, during his state in Rome, Minister Hoxhaj will hold meetings with other senior Italian state officials. In these meetings, Hoxhaj will receive Italy’s support for Kosovo’s clear integration perspective and other processes strengthening the statehood and international subjectivity of the Republic of Kosovo.

In addition, Minister Hoxhaj, will hold meetings with diplomats of other states accredited in Rome.

Kosovo’s Foreign Minister will take part in other high profile events, holding a lecture at the Italian Association for International Organizations (IAIO), which will be attended by many Italian dignitaries and diplomats, including the President of this society, former Italian Foreign Minister, Franco Frattini.
