Deputy Foreign Minister, Petrit Selimi, on a visit in Rome

Prishtina, December 10, 2011 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Petrit Selimi, is staying in Rome on a personal invitation of the Vice-Chairperson of the Italian Senate, Emma Bonino.

Selimi is a guest to the congress of the Transnational and Transpartisan Movement led by Mrs. Bonino. Other guests of honour are the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Bernad Kouchner, former German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Joshka Fischer and other senior guests from the field of politics and global diplomacy.

Key topics of the congress pertained to the recent developments in the Middle East and North Africa as well as the current European issues.

During the congress sessions, Deputy Minister Selimi met with representatives of the countries which have not recognized Kosovo.
