Liberia officially reaffirms bilateral ties with Kosovo through a press release

Prishtina, 22 June 2018 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo herewith informs the local media that the Government of the Republic of Liberia by an official press release “refuted reports in some international and social media of its revocation of diplomatic relations with the Republic of Kosovo.”

“.... Liberia was one of the first countries to recognize Kosovo’s sovereignty on May 30, 2008 following its declaration of independence, and remains committed to the Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations. The two countries continue to enjoy mutual confidence and friendship”, it is stated in the press release published on the Official Page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Liberia, which may be found below.

This statement provides convincing evidence against the fake news and furious and cruel Serbian propaganda against Kosovo, as it was proved by the states of Guinea Bissau, Ghana and other states.
