First Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli met the Friendship Group from Kuwait

Prishtina, 13 April 2018 - First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli, accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Rejhan Vuniqi, hosted today in a meeting the Parliamentary Friendship Group from Kuwait, led by Waleed Al-Tabtabae, Chairman of the Group Friendship, accompanied by H.E. Mr Fayez Mishari Al-Jassim, Kuwait's Non-Resident Ambassador to Kosovo, based in Tirana.

 During the meeting, it was emphasized that Kuwait is ready to assist Kosovo in joining the international and regional organizations, and that Kuwait will assist in terms of recognition of Kosovo by some countries to which it has influence.

"Kosovo may be small in the physical and geographic terms, but the heart of its nation is great", said Waleed Al-Tabtabaie, head of the delegation from Kuwait and chair of the Friendship Group.

On this occasion, the possibility of supporting the projects identified by Kosovo, which are to be supported by the Kuwait Fund, was once again emphasized, while serious studies are expected to be carried out by the Republic of Kosovo in this regard.

At the end, the Kuwaiti delegation welcomed H.E. Mr Behgjet Pacolli's will to pay a visit to Kuwait in the near future.
