Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, in the meeting with MFA staff: Image of Kosovo should be improved

Prishtina, 19.10.2017 – Mutual respect, love for the work, added responsibility towards the institution, more creative approach and even greater increase of dynamics, enthusiasm and team work.

These were some of the messages of the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Behgjet Pacolli, during a reception and joint meeting with all the employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In the individual meeting, with nearly each MFA employee, the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo Mr. Pacolli, said that only by acting in such a way the institution he leads could be successful and the same success can be attributed to our country.

“Between the work and success there is something very sacred. And this is the love for work. It is a privilege for all of us, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, said Pacolli.

In this regard, he requested for increased common commitment to building a better image of the Institutions, but also of the country in foreign relations and by acting thus, this would be of a great importance even with regard to Euro-Atlantic perspective and integration of our country.

“Since the declaration of the Independence of Kosovo, the image of Kosovo had fluctuations. Institutional vacuum, low responsibility towards work and other factors had negative impact in the image of Kosovo.

Therefore, we should work even more, in order to improve the image of Kosovo and we should start right here” said the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Pacolli, adding that “each of the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is valuable and nothing can be done individually save as a team”.
