Minister Demaj received the copy of credential letters by the new Slovenian ambassador, whereby traditionally amicable relations between the two countries are praised

Prishtine, 6 September 2017 – The acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Emanual Demaj, received the copy of credential letters by the recently appointed Slovenian Ambassador to our country, Bojan Bertoncelj, during a courtesy meeting, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On this occasion, Minister Demaj thanked the appointed Slovenian ambassador, Bertoncelj, for the consistent support of the Slovenian state and people towards the state-building process in Kosovo and in particular the unwavering support that the Slovenian state has given to our country's integration process to the Euro-Atlantic structures, regional cooperation and good neighbourliness, as well as, strengthening the international legitimacy of Kosovo through the accession of our country to regional initiatives and the International Organizations.

In the margins of this meeting, both interlocutors praised the traditionally amicable relations between the two peoples and countries, expressing the mutual commitment that such spirit of friendship and co-operation continue to also prevail in the relations between the two countries and the two peoples in the future.
