Ambassador Minxhozi expresses gratitude to Hoxhaj about the Fund and the RYCO

Prishtina, March 31, 2017 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj met today with Ambassador of Albania in Kosovo, Qemal Minxhozi, one day after the vote in the Assembly of the Western Balkans Fund and RYCO.

  Hoxhaj expressed his pleasure on yesterday’s vote in the Assembly of Kosovo, on which occasion the agreement for the Western Balkans Fund and Regional Office on Youth Cooperation RYCO was approved.

On his part, Ambassador Minxhozi thanked Minister Hoxhaj for the entire commitment for the ratification of these agreements, and also thanked deputies and the Government of Kosovo.

As the seat of the Fund and RYCO will be located in Tirana, Hoxhaj said he expects coordination and greater cooperation with Albania in order to use these two agreements as a resource from which will benefit citizens, especially the young people of the countries involved.

Hoxhaj and Minxhozi have discussed a number of joint projects between Kosovo and Albania which will be made public in the coming days.
