Film in Albanian, ‘Bloodlands’ nominated in several categories in Australian ASSG awards

Prishtina, 20 October 2017 – The horror film “Bloolands”, whereby the Albanian actress Ilire Vinca acts, is nominated for several nominations in the prestigious ASSG Awards 2017.

“Bloodlands” is nominated in the categories “Best Film Sound Mixing”, Andrew Plain Award for Best Film Sound Design, Member’s Choice and Soundtrack of the Year.

The “Bloodlands” was launched in February of this year. The film directed by Steven Castrissios tells the story of an Albanian family who faces blood feuds - a phenomenon known in the Balkans, writes KultPlus. In the film act Suela Bako, Alesia Xhemalaj, Gëzim Rudi, Emiljano Palali, Florist Bajgora, Andi Begolli, Fioralba Kryemadhi and other actors.
