“Kosova Dance Meeting Festival” Brings Contemporary Art to Kosovo

Prishtina, 13 October 2017 - The “Kosovo Dance Meeting Festival” begins today in Prishtina and will remain open until 31 October 2017.

Robert Nuha, the festival coordinator, said that, considering the need for aesthetics, the “Kosovo Dance Meeting Festival” has attempted to bring innovative performances to Kosovo.

“This year we took the initiative to make a festival that will bring more contemporary art performances,” he said today (Friday) in the RTK morning show “Good Morning Kosovo”.

HE further said that the performance will begin will a play from Latvia. “The duration of the play will be defined by its dispute,” he said.

Nuha stated that dancing has its own characteristics. “ It touches more upon emotion, it has do to with the soul,” he stressed. According to him, the audience may understand the message conveyed by the play the way it wants. He said that there will be many innovations in this festival.
