International Festival "50 Poems for snow" will be held in Pristina

Prishtina, 24 November 2015 - International festival of poetry "50 Poems for snow", this year for the first time will be held in Prishtina.

50 Poems for Snow is an international festival that is organized every year in the open sky during the night of the first snowfall.

The festival will be organized in the snow and darkness of Soma Book Station garden in the capital city. In the first edition of this festival, poetries will be read by: Blerina Rogova Gaxha, Halil Matoshi and Ndriçim Ademaj.

Three poets will read their poems, along with poems by a foreign poet, to whom is dedicated the festival. This winter, the festival is dedicated to the one who is known as the poet of the heart, Mevlana Xhelaleddin Muhammed Rumi (1207-1273).

50 Poems for Snow was founded in Zagreb in 2012 based on the ides of Sasa Šimpraga.
