Decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo is established on January of 2009. Having the authority in reviewing the legislation and the individual requests regarding the violations of human rights, the Court is the highest control over the legislative and the executive body in Kosovo and the highest arbiter for the interpretation of constitutional provisions on the protection of human rights and freedoms.
The Constitutional Court is the final authority in the Republic of Kosovo on interpreting the Constitution and the compliance of the laws with the Constitution.
